Since 2010, I have worked with over 50 professional athletes and more than 1,000 clients, helping them resolve the physiological roots of performance anxiety, choking, and chronic tension. Through The Genuine Athlete, I combine clinical somatics, breath repatterning, and applied pressure training to rebuild stability in your system.

The Cohort is structured group training. 1–1 work is direct, individualized recalibration of your nervous system.
If you need deep personal intervention, 1–1 is faster. If you need structure and consistent training, the Cohort is the right entry point.

Choose Performance if you want deeper feedback, small-group breakdown sessions, and personal refinement of your competition blueprint. Performance includes additional integration support between sessions.
Yes. The system applies to any competitive environment where evaluation, pressure, or performance anxiety affects your body — individual or team sports.
All sessions are recorded. However, live participation is strongly recommended. Regulation training works best when practiced in real time.
Performance package members still retain their additional benefits even if a session is missed.
This is not a quick fix. The goal is to retrain how your nervous system behaves under pressure. Long-term change depends on consistent application during the 12 weeks.
Yes — if space is available. Upgrades are possible during the first weeks of the cohort, depending on capacity in the smaller breakdown sessions.

We focus on breathing patterns, tension patterns, protection responses, and applied competition structure — not emotional processing or talk therapy.
